Job Description
Operations & Client Services – Assistant Manager (2-5 years of experience)
✔ PMS Operations: Oversee investment operations, handling Equity, Debt, and Mutual Fund transactions efficiently.
✔ Regulatory & SEBI Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations, manage compliance filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
✔ Billing & Performance Tracking: Maintain records of client accounts, firm performance, and revenue tracking.
✔ Customer Support & Grievance Handling: Address and resolve client queries professionally and efficiently.
✔ Administrative & Vendor Management: Support firm-level operations, including accounting, reporting, and coordination with third-party vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:
✅ 2+ years of experience in PMS operations and client servicing (for Assistant Manager)
✅ Strong understanding of investment transactions, SEBI regulations, broking, Depository Participant (DP), and KYC processes
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
✅ Highly self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work in a small team setup
