dynamic and driven Brand Manager to join our team.<br />
Position Overview: As the Brand Manager at Creme Castle, you will lead our social media, digital,<br />
and direct marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.<br />
This role requires expertise in leveraging various marketing channels, including social media<br />
platforms, digital advertising, and direct communication channels. A strong focus on performance<br />
metrics, strategic planning, and execution is essential to achieve measurable results and drive<br />
business growth.<br />
Key Responsibilities:<br />
1. Social Media Strategy:<br />
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase<br />
brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty.<br />
• Manage content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships<br />
across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to drive audience<br />
growth and brand advocacy.<br />
2. Digital Marketing Initiatives:<br />
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email<br />
marketing, and SEM, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.<br />
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI<br />
across digital channels.<br />
3. Direct Marketing Campaigns:<br />
• Strategize and execute targeted direct marketing campaigns, including email<br />
marketing, SMS campaigns, and direct mail, to engage existing customers and<br />
acquire new ones.<br />
• Leverage customer segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance<br />
campaign effectiveness and drive conversion.</div>
<div>4. Partnership Development:<br />
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including<br />
hyperlocal marketing platforms and industry influencers, to expand brand reach and<br />
drive customer engagement.</div>
<div>• Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure alignment with brand objectives and<br />
maximize promotional opportunities.</div>
<div>5. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:<br />
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and other teams to<br />
develop integrated GTM strategies for new product launches and promotions.<br />
• Drive execution of GTM plans, including market research, pricing strategy, and<br />
promotional activities, to achieve sales targets.</div>
<div>6. Analytics and Reporting:<br />
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including social media engagement,<br />
website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).<br />
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies,<br />
drive continuous improvement, and achieve business objectives.</div>
