Responsibilities • Analysing potential equity investment opportunities across multiple industries, (preferably tech/ consumer) • Building and maintaining company, industry and comparative valuations models in Excel using several equity research tools • Compile relevant programs for quantitative analysis and build investment models for investment recommendations • Developing a network of resources– library, brokers, external data services, internal analysts–to quickly and efficiently gather data on companies, industries and countries • Performing in-depth market research and industry analysis to understand the global competitive, operational, financial, and regulatory dynamics that shape industries and companies • Contributing to and authoring written company research • Completing independent complex ad hoc analytical projects under tight time constraints • Attending company meetings and industry conferences • Actively helping manage the portfolio • Developing and communicating investment ideas in spoken and written form
