We are on a mission to create a seamless healthcare<br /> experience for individuals and families by building a strong network of healthcare providers.<br /> Role Overview:<br /> The Partnership Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our broker and insurer<br /> partnerships for inbound business, as well as the management of our vendor network.<br /> This role is pivotal in scaling and managing to ensure consistent deal flow to our sales team.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> ●<br /> Lead Generation & Relationship Nurturing: Proactively manage and grow<br /> relationships with key insurance brokers and insurers to secure consistent inbound<br /> B2B lead flow.<br /> ●<br /> Sales Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver training and enablement<br /> materials (product knowledge, sales collateral) to broker partners, ensuring they are<br /> well-equipped to position and sell Even Healthcare's solutions.<br /> ●<br /> Market Feedback Integration: Act as the voice of the partner ecosystem, gathering<br /> feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and product gaps to inform internal<br /> strategy and product development.<br /> ●<br /> Strategic Sourcing & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential new<br /> healthcare providers (polyclinics, specialized practitioners, diagnostic centers, etc)<br /> ●<br /> Negotiate Partnership Agreements, contracts, and pricing structures (fee<br /> schedules) to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable terms for the company.<br /> ●<br /> Relationship Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of<br /> contact for vendors, fostering strong, collaborative, and long-term relationships<br /> Requirements:<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> 2+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Partner Management, Network<br /> Operations, or Strategic Sourcing, within Insurance<br /> Prior work experience in corporate insurance broking<br /> Proven ability to negotiate contracts and fee-for-service agreements<br /> Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills<br /> What We Offer:<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.<br /> Opportunity to work with a dynamic and mission-driven healthcare startup.<br /> Professional growth and learning opportunities.<br /> A collaborative and inclusive work environment
