ERP Implementation - Team Leader
Job Summary
The ERP Implementation - Team Leader will lead and coordinate the successful implementation of ERP solutions within the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ERP deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The team leader will also provide subject matter expertise in Workday Reporting, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, Invoice Processing, and Voucher Processing.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide expertise in Workday Reporting, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, Invoice Processing, and Voucher Processing.
- Train and mentor team members and end-users on ERP functionalities.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Workday Reporting.
- Proven knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
- Hands-on experience with General Ledger Accounting.
- Proficiency in Invoice Processing and Voucher Processing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional ERP platforms beyond Workday.
- Certification in ERP implementation or project management (e.g., PMP, Workday Pro).
- Exposure to change management processes.
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, preferably in a leadership or team coordinator role.
- Prior experience in managing or participating in Workday Reporting and related financial modules.

- Location: Noida (on-site).
- Type: Full-time position.
- Typical work setting is office-based with collaboration across departments and teams.
Salary
- ₹5,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum.
