Job Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Sales Operations (Across regions, company-wide)-50%

● Implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objective
● Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets and forecast revenue
● Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals
● Implement and manage sales processes, tools and technologies to improve efficiency and
effectiveness
● Lead, mentor and develop the sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture
● Conduct regular performance reviews, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and
provide coaching and feedback to team members
● Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities
● Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales team members
● Work closely with marketing team to generate leads and revenue
Direct Sales (Western Region)- 50%
● Reach out to potential customers via outreach, networking, events & social media, respond to
inbound enquiries and effectively communicate our value proposition
● Set up meetings with potential customers, identify key decision makers, prepare & deliver
appropriate presentations on the DigitalPaani product to educate them on how it can benefit
them
● Proactively address customer queries, wishes, objections
● Negotiate and close sales deals
● Provide feedback from customers or prospects to internal teams.
● Stay informed on industry trends.
● Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers to continuously grow the account.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
● 5-10 years of top tier experience in sales operations, preferably in B2B software/ IoT/
automation environment especially to industries or infra customers
● Past experience of working at startups in a fast-paced, dynamic environment would be an
advantage
● Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. An engineering background is a plus. Preference
will be given to candidates from Tier 1 colleges/ universities.
● Strong leadership and team management skills
● Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
● Organized, structured and consistent in hitting monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, should be well
connected and networked
● Proficient with CRM software and MS Office/ G Suite
● Excellent fluency in English and Hindi
● High level of humility, action-bias, dynamism, drive, and energy - great teammate
● Mission and value-driven, optimistic and enthusiastic about transformative change
● Willingness to travel extensively across the western region and occasionally to other regions (at
least 50% of the time)
