● Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets and forecast revenue<br />
● Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals<br />
● Implement and manage sales processes, tools and technologies to improve efficiency and<br />
effectiveness<br />
● Lead, mentor and develop the sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture<br />
● Conduct regular performance reviews, monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and<br />
provide coaching and feedback to team members<br />
● Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities<br />
● Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales team members<br />
● Work closely with marketing team to generate leads and revenue</span></span></div>

inbound enquiries and effectively communicate our value proposition</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;">● Set up meetings with potential customers, identify key decision makers, prepare & deliver<br />
appropriate presentations on the DigitalPaani product to educate them on how it can benefit<br />
them<br />
● Proactively address customer queries, wishes, objections<br />
● Negotiate and close sales deals<br />
● Provide feedback from customers or prospects to internal teams.<br />
● Stay informed on industry trends.<br />
● Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers to continuously grow the account.<br />
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities<br />
● 5-10 years of top tier experience in sales operations, preferably in B2B software/ IoT/<br />
automation environment especially to industries or infra customers<br />
● Past experience of working at startups in a fast-paced, dynamic environment would be an<br />
advantage<br />
● Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. An engineering background is a plus. Preference<br />
will be given to candidates from Tier 1 colleges/ universities.<br />
● Strong leadership and team management skills<br />
● Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities<br />
● Organized, structured and consistent in hitting monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets<br />
● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, should be well<br />
connected and networked<br />
● Proficient with CRM software and MS Office/ G Suite<br />
● Excellent fluency in English and Hindi<br />
● High level of humility, action-bias, dynamism, drive, and energy - great teammate<br />

● Willingness to travel extensively across the western region and occasionally to other regions (at<br />
