Role: Key Accounts Manager Job Description: • The role will be responsible for business development along with building relationship with Brands and Platforms for B2B Business. • Promote as an innovative solution provider for Platform & Brands in the field of warehousing, logistics & order fulfilment. Job Qualifications: • Graduate/MBA with proven Sales track record of 10-12 years of experience with expertise to understand B2B business in e-commerce domain. • Acumen to develop relationship with e-commerce platforms. • High understanding of MS office with proficiencies in excel. • Strong verbal, written communication skills. • Experience in meeting with clients with Result oriented approach. • Strong follow ups skills. Role & Responsibilities: • Biz Plan o Prepare PO based, Projection based Biz Plan in discussions with the Brand vetted by Sell Thru Plan based on Sales history • Pre Appointments o Procure visibility of POs from Platforms ▪ Procure POs from Platforms based on our current availability & Brand fresh billing if required along with new category, new models etc. o Cross Location based on MoQ, cost optimization & brand support for Transfers • Fill Ratio of Brands for Reorder o Refilling by Brands to the POs generated by us, Qty Fill & delivery days TAT • Unallocated Stocks for PO based Biz & Projection based Biz o Under 30 days vs Monthly Sell Thru Plan for PO based Biz. o Under 60 days vs Monthly Sell Thru Plan for Projections based Biz. o Seek supports from Brand to prepare plan & execute increase in Sell Thru to reduce unallocated stocks • Returns to Brand o Returns of Aging stocks to the brand as per agreed ToT. • Defectives o Resolution from Brands as per agreed ToT to convert Non-Saleable Inventory within stipulated period or charge Interest on the dead inventory or return of the dead inventory. • Accounts Reconciliations o Monthly account reconciliation with Brands & Platforms covering the agreed ToT, Adhoc approvals & settlements of returns.
