We are planning to scale market making business. To start with we need to set up 7 member team. One Head of the desk, Two senior traders, two junior traders and two operation people. Broadly the structure will be as below.

For Ops we need one fresher mainly for sending transactions, fund transfers, MIS etc. Only skill requirement is advance knowledge of Excel and Python. Education B.Com / BSc will do.

We need to scout for two jobbers. JD is as below.

Senior Jobber– more than 5 years of jobbing experience

Junior Jobber – 3-5 years of experience.

Jobbing Role Summary: Execute high-frequency intraday trades in ETFs, Stocks and FNO using firm capital to capture short-term price inefficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade ETFs / equities / index options intraday (no overnight positions)
Provide two-way liquidity and capture bid–ask spreads
Manage risk with strict stop-loss and position limits
Monitor order book depth, momentum, and volatility
Achieve daily P&L targets within defined risk parameters

Requirements:

Proven intraday trading experience (cash or derivatives)
Strong understanding of market microstructure
High discipline and fast decision-making ability
Comfortable with high turnover trading
Trading terminal proficiency
