We’ve already<br /> secured our position among the top 5 players in the industry, and our next milestone is to enter<br /> the top 3 within the next three years.<br /> We are now looking for a high-energy Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) for<br /> the Bengaluru location to join our fast-growing team.<br /> What You’ll Do:<br /> ● Own the complete inbound lead qualification process across global markets.<br /> ● Respond to and engage with prospects generated through marketing funnels, website<br /> inquiries, content downloads, and product interest campaigns.<br /> ● Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and fit.<br /> ● Qualify and route high-intent leads to the Account Executive team for deeper product<br /> demos.<br /> ● Nurture warm prospects through email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups to drive conversion to<br /> scheduled meetings.<br /> ● Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate lead tracking and pipeline visibility.<br /> ● Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and funnel<br /> performance.<br /> Great If You’ve Achieved This:<br /> ● Experience in inbound lead qualification or handling high-intent sales conversations.<br /> ● Strong understanding of ICP analysis and qualification frameworks like BANT, MEDDIC,<br /> or CHAMP.<br /> ● Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and quickly identify prospect needs.<br /> ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.<br /> ● Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.<br /> ● Fast learner with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret lead behavior.<br /> ● Creative approach to follow-ups and nurturing sequences.<br /> ● Strong awareness of current SaaS and recruitment tech trends.<br /> What You Will Achieve in 90 Days:<br /> ● Develop a solid understanding of our product, ICP, and inbound lead flows.<br /> ● Respond to inbound leads promptly and run structured qualification conversations.<br /> ● Begin converting warm leads into qualified meetings/demos for Account Executives.<br /> ● Meet initial activity benchmarks for discovery calls, email follow-ups, and lead<br /> engagements.<br /> What You Will Achieve in 180 Days:<br /> ● Build a predictable and high-quality inbound pipeline that contributes directly to qualified<br /> demos every month.<br /> ● Gain deep expertise in the recruitment agency ecosystem across key markets.<br /> ● Become highly proficient at discovery and qualification frameworks.<br /> ● Establish strong rapport with prospects, acting as a trusted first point of contact.<br /> ● Partner with AEs and Marketing to refine inbound processes, improve conversion rates,<br /> and optimize handoff efficiency
