Reportees: 8-10 |

Qualifications:
▪ MBA from reputed B-school with a Finance & /or marketing specialization
|
|
|
Work Experience (highlight) :
▪ Senior professional within the AMC industry with at least 15 years of experience in Mutual Funds sales. Retail sales experience is necessary.
|
|
|
Key Responsibilities :
▪ Managing West zone's distribution network, which consists of all registered IFAs, banks, national distributors, and the private wealth setup
▪ In charge of distributing mutual funds through various channels
▪ The purpose of the role is to increase market share by establishing and carrying out organizational strategies and activities to meet the set objectives through the group of designated distributors
▪ In charge of managing groups of clients for the growth of distribution networks
▪ ensuring that distributors receive regular training on all products and operational practices
▪ Determining the team members' competencies and guiding them toward the targets
▪ Determine potential tie-ups with current distributors, provide the channel team with leads, and organize a drive for the West of India
