AGM & AD - Strategy (2 Roles)

Job Summary

You will be responsible for the analytical work to drive business strategy across different verticals within the organization. You will work directly with the Head of Corporate Strategy and the leadership team, developing skill sets in data analysis, business planning, financial analysis/projections, industry research, benchmarking analysis, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and create insights that enhance decision-making across various areas of the business.
• Understand industry trends and produce quick deliverables for senior leadership.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple cross-functional projects and strategies that have a direct and meaningful impact on the business.
• Help identify strategic opportunities across the organization, using external and internal insights to influence strategic direction.
• Execution of other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech./MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
• Experience: 4-8 years of work experience in Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related role; exposure in Finance is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Excellent analytical ability including demonstrated knowledge of business analysis.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations.
  • Ability to think outside the box and operate on-the-go.
  • Conceptual & visual thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience

4-8 years of experience in an Analytics, Consulting, Strategy, or related role.

Environment

The position is based in Bangalore and involves a team size of 2-4 members.
