Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Expansion and Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the presence and viewership on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, audio platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts), LinkedIn, etc.
- Optimize content for each platform to maximize engagement and audience retention.
2. Paid Advertising Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to promote podcast content on YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting parameters, and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
3. Audience Analysis and Insights:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, social
media insights) to track key performance metrics and audience demographics.
- Generate actionable insights from data analysis to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.
4. Content Promotion and Distribution:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop promotional assets (e.g., trailers, teasers, graphics) for episodes.
- Coordinate cross-promotion initiatives with relevant partners and influencers to expand audience reach.
5. Community Engagement:
- Foster a vibrant and engaged community around content through active participation in relevant online forums, social media groups, and community platforms.
- Respond to audience feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to cultivate a loyal listener base.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the digital media or podcasting industry.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Indian market dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus.
