Objectives of this role  Support the FC in execution of all Treasury activities  Achieve Treasury goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective actions  Help develop and support short- and long-term Treasury strategies including cost of debt, return on investments and Credit rating. Responsibilities  Co-ordinate the execution of Treasury deals with all internal and external stakeholders including secretarial, legal, accounting, bankers, credit rating agencies, RTA, DTA etc.  Deploy idle funds in an efficient manner with best in class returns in accordance with Treasury policy.  Work with FC to ensure timely and proactive information /documentation exchanges with Bankers for all aspects of loan servicing  Work with the secretarial /legal team for registering securities charge/removing the charge as per requirements of each financing deal  Work with FC and liaise with the credit rating agencies to provide all financial and operational inputs  Co-ordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate accounting of all treasury related matters whether debt, investments, interest expense, interest income etc.  Provide all information relating to Treasury to auditors (internal and external) in a timely manner to facilitate smooth audit execution  Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows Required skills and qualifications  3 or more years of Banking operations experience  Working knowledge of operations around Secured loans, NCDs etc  Experienced in handling internal and statutory auditors  Handling of Credit rating agencies  Liaising with external agencies to ensure smooth and flawless banking and Treasury operations  Working together with other finance and accounting team members to ensure all common goals are met  Working knowledge of SAP Preferred skills and qualifications  Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent) in commerce  Preferred qualification: CAIIB /MBA in Banking And Finance  3 or more years of experience as a Banking Executive in service/hospitality/real estate/telecom/FMCG sectors.  No back office (BPO/KPO/GBS) candidates Work Days: 5 Days</div> <div>&nbsp;</div>
