Job Summary
The Regional Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's business within their designated geography. This role is centered around owning the distribution engine through strategic sourcing, partnerships, and disbursements, while managing and scaling a network of intermediaries. The Regional Manager will be responsible for aligning on-ground teams to ensure consistent business output and meeting key performance metrics.
Responsibilities

Business Ownership
- Own Profit and Loss (P&L) and business targets for the assigned region.
- Drive loan sourcing, conversions, and disbursements.
- Deliver on key metrics: leads, Assets Under Management (AUM), and revenue.

Distribution Building
- Build and activate a network of:
- Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs)
- Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
- Local brokers and channel partners.
- Drive onboarding and productivity of partners.

Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Feet-on-Street (FOS) executives.
- Ensure strong pipeline generation through daily execution.
- Monitor team productivity and performance.

Execution Excellence
- Ensure high conversion rates through partner engagement.
- Independently solve on-ground challenges.
- Collaborate with central teams for smoother processes.
Qualifications
- 4–10 years of experience in NBFC, lending, or wealth distribution.
- Strong local network with MFDs, IFAs, and brokers.
- Proven track record of driving business targets.
- Experience managing on-ground sales teams.
- High ownership and accountability for performance metrics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
- Strong execution bias, prioritizing action over planning.
- Ability to operate with ambiguity.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of secured lending products.
- Experience with API-driven infrastructures in financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years in the financial services industry, with a preference for experience in sales, distribution, or relationship management roles.
Environment
