We operate 5 major business verticals • Hospital Emergency Response and Medical Transport (HERMT) • Workspaces and Lifespaces Protect (WLP) • Employee Assistance and Duty of Care (EADOC) • Powered by RED • Consumer Subscription (D2C) Position: Vice President - Hospital Emergency Response and Medical Transport (HERMT) Reporting to: Prabhdeep Singh (Founder and CEO) Location: Hyderabad (extensive travel to all major cities of India is an expectation) Position Overview: As the Business Head for the Hospital Emergency Response and Medical Transport (HERMT) vertical, you will play a pivotal role in growing the business across all major cities of India by partnering with new hospitals and penetrating deeper into already tied up hospitals. You will be responsible for driving the AOP and P&L of the business vertical. You will be responsible for driving growth from the current set of ~100 hospitals in 15 cities to ~500 hospitals in 40 cities and similarly grow the topline of the business by 5X over the next 2 years with continuous improvement in margins and customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hospital operations, the doctor ecosystem, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing growth teams distributed across multiple cities in India Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration as the preferred emergency response and medical transport player across the top 500 hospitals in India. • Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and the medical community, including doctors, administrators, and decision-makers. • Lead and mentor a large team spread across 15+ cities currently and expected to grow to 40+ cities, providing guidance and support to City Heads to achieve business growth objectives. • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, inspiring team members to deliver their best performance. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology solutions. • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. • Conduct and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance visibility and foster strategic partnerships. • Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Must have: • 15 years of progressive business growth experience in sectors facing hospital administrators and doctors (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare technology, hospital operations, or related fields). • Strong understanding of major hospital workflows, common medical protocols, and the healthcare ecosystem in India. • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. • Extensive network and relationships within the hospital and doctor community across India (especially cardiac, neuro, ortho or emergency disciplines) • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving positive change in healthcare delivery.
