<div>Manager-FP&amp;A</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div> Develop and maintain the annual budgeting process, including gathering input from relevant departments, analysing historical data, and preparing comprehensive financial forecasts.</div> <div> Perform financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, identify areas for cost optimization, and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.</div> <div> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of proposed projects, investments, and initiatives.</div> <div> Conduct cost analysis to ensure effective allocation of resources, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize profitability.  Coordinate and present preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements and variance analysis.</div> <div> Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget, highlighting areas of concern or improvement.</div> <div> Support the CFO in preparing board presentations for specific financial analysis.</div> <div> Guide the tech team to develop and maintain tools and dashboards to streamline financial data accuracy.</div> <div> Works closely with the Leadership to evaluate new projects (both India and overseas), conducting viability &amp; risk assessment thereof and strategy for end-to-end implementation</div> <div> Strategize and oversee critical / crucial deliverables of Commercial and Costing function</div>
