Job Description   We are looking to hire engineers across roles to join the founding team at Arthvit. We are a fintech startup, funded by marquee VCs.   About the company   We are building a ‘Credit Card for Bharat’, targeting the next 200Mn Indians who do not have a credit card. Credit card is a highly aspirational product but restricted only to the affluent Indians, residing in metro cities, working with top MNCs, having a CIBIL score of 750+. Anybody who does not satisfy even one of these criterions gets rejected, leading to anger and disappointment. We are disrupting this market by giving a credit card to this rejected and underserved population without asking for any documents, proofs etc.   About the Founders   Sanchit Bansal – ex-Product leader at Amazon, leading the self-serve ads product for Amazon India, managing over 500mn$ in annual revenues. Graduated from IIT-D (Electrical Engg) and IIM-A <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/sanchit-bansal-37640218" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">linkedin.com/in/sanchit-bansal-37640218</a>   Rakshit Agarwal – Vice President at Warburg Pincus, has worked in Private Equity for the last 7 years with firms such as KKR, Apollo Global. The primary product will be an android app with some presence on the web also.
