Job Summary

The Product Lead (Technical Lead) at OLynk AI will play a pivotal role in the development of Trita, overseeing its construction and functionality. This position offers the opportunity to lead a project that enhances operational efficiency in commerce while paving the path for potential career advancement to a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development: Oversee the full-stack development using technologies like Next.js, Python/FastAPI, and Postgres.
• Data Integration: Build reliable ingestion processes from diverse data sources such as Shopify, Tally, and Shiprocket.
• Execution Layer Implementation: Write the execution layer that operates within existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Codebase Hardening: Strengthen and secure the live codebase to enhance performance and reliability.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of interns, guiding them through their contributions to the project.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: A recent graduate or early-career professional in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in full-stack development, with experience in Next.js, Python/FastAPI, and Postgres.
• End-to-End Project Experience: Demonstrated experience in shipping a project from start to finish.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities in software development.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and lead junior members.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a high-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of commerce operations and platforms.
• Familiarity with data ingestion and processing from external systems.

Experience

Ideal candidates should be recent graduates or individuals with early-career experience in software development and project delivery.

This role can be performed remotely or in Hyderabad, offering flexible work arrangements conducive to both individual and team success.

Salary

The compensation for this position will be discussed based on mutual interest, with additional benefits including equity and a potential path to a CTO role after approximately six months.
