Job Summary

The Azure Data Engineer will be responsible for managing and developing solutions on the Azure data platform. This role demands a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality results efficiently. The engineer will work closely with clients and teams to design and implement data pipelines and ensure robust data management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to facilitate secure data transfer across various platforms.
• Create and optimize SQL Server stored procedures to support data transformation, loading, and retrieval processes.
• Design and implement robust SQL Server tables and views, ensuring alignment with business requirements and performance standards.
• Optimize performance in data management systems to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in managing and developing solutions on the Azure data platform.
• Extensive experience with Azure Data Factory, SQL Server database design, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Proven track record in performance optimization in data management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to meeting project deadlines and achieving excellence.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data security and implementing secure data management practices.

Experience

• At least 9+ years of professional experience in a data engineering role, focusing on Azure technologies and data management.
