Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to lead outreach and drive strategic growth and revenue through Web3 companies, enterprise sales, partnerships, and ecosystem integrations. You will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our security products and services in the Web3 space.
Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach
● Conduct outbound outreach to Web3 startups and companies seeking manual audit services, ecosystem partners, and potential clients in the Web3 space.
● Convert inbound and referral leads into long-term partnerships or enterprise deals with services and products.
● Create a pipeline for revenue growth, strategic alliances, co-marketing, and ecosystem collaborations. -
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
● Identify and build partnerships with Layer 1 & 2 chains, DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, accelerators, and hackathon platforms.
● Drive technical integration opportunities for SolidityScan & RustScan with blockchain explorers and decentralized application (dApp) platforms.
● Lead discussions with launchpads, ecosystem, and grant programs to promote CredShields’ audit and security tools. -
Enterprise Sales
● Pitch audit services, Software as a Service (SaaS) products (SolidityScan, RustScan), and subscription products (SolidityScan) to Web3 protocols and enterprises.
● Collaborate with the technical team to scope security services (manual audits, threat scans, Know Your Customer (KYC), etc.).
● Close deals, manage contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of potential partners. -
Market & Product Positioning
● Understand the competitive landscape (Certik, Halborn, etc.) and effectively differentiate CredShields.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging with partner needs.
● Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, retention, and revenue generated.
Qualifications

Experience
● 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in Web3, cybersecurity, or SaaS.
● Strong network in the blockchain/Web3 ecosystem (bonus if you’ve worked with Web3 companies or startups before). -
Skills
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Strategic mindset with a flair for outreach, partnerships, and pitching.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. -
Educational Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of smart contracts, blockchain security, or developer tooling.
- Previous experience with partnerships or ecosystem growth roles in the Web3 space.
- Exposure to compliance, certifications, or technical integrations.
Experience
- 2–3 years in Business Development, specifically in the Web3, cybersecurity, or SaaS sectors.
Environment
- This position is remote, allowing flexibility in work location while being part of a fast-growing, impact-driven team.
Salary
- 10-15 LPA (Lakhs per Annum).
