Transformation (TMTM)
Job Summary
As a Transformation Lead, you will serve as a critical business partner working closely with Product Owners and Business Owners within the Sales ecosystem. Your primary role is to gather requirements to address business challenges through process definition, digital solution implementation, and process improvements such as automation, Lean Six Sigma, and velocity enhancements. You will prepare business cases to justify digitization needs, prioritize stakeholder requests, and champion these requirements with the Information Systems (IS) group to ensure clear understanding and successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Owners to gather and analyze requirements for solving business problems through process improvements and digital solutions.
- Prepare and present business cases to justify the need for digitization and assist in prioritizing stakeholder demands.
- Act as a technology evangelist by identifying opportunities for technology adoption to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Develop a deep understanding of tools used by stakeholders and participate actively in both IS and relevant business swimlanes.
- Prioritize technology implementations with IS Product Owners by assessing cost-benefit and timeliness.
- Serve as a process champion by helping stakeholders design lean processes aligned with business objectives.
- Translate stakeholder problem statements into actionable solutions in collaboration with the technology team.
- Participate in early User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on behalf of stakeholders and drive adoption through training, awareness, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end business value chain, including Pre-Sales, Sales, and allied product processes.
- Ability to assess change requirements based on problem statements.
- Experience in business process design, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Value Stream Design and Improvement Analysis (VSDiA).
- Basic understanding of IT tools architecture.
- Working knowledge of enterprise tools such as ERP (SAP), Dealer Management Systems (Salesforce), and other IT systems.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills with a focus on Return on Investment (ROI) and business value delivery.
- Superior communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with automation tools and velocity improvement techniques.
- Prior experience in digital transformation initiatives within sales ecosystems.
Experience
- Proven experience in business process design and digital transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience working with IT and business teams to implement technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive technology adoption.
Environment
- Full-time position based in Bangalore.
- Hybrid work mode combining remote and in-office work.
Salary
- Annual salary of INR 3,000,000.
