• This is a Financial Controller position, reporting into Rajiv Sukumar, who heads finance for the group.
• The incumbent should have 10-15 years of experience and ideally have handled finance for the wealth management, broking and Institutional Equities business in the past.
• Budget: 40-65 lakhs fixed
• The ideal candidate would be a driven individual with an entrepreneurial bent of mind, and growth mindset.
• First preference organisations to be targeted: JM Financial, IIFL, Equirus Capital, Unifi, Edelweiss, & Avendus.
