Job Description

The role will be based at Mumbai / Pune/Delhi / Bangalore location & will

 

report to Cluster Head-Institutional Sales, India.

 

 Responsible for driving & achieving the monthly corporate sales targets.

 

 Market Mapping, Competition mapping in the geography assigned.

 

 Cross sell new products and offerings, as per the launches from time to time.

 

 Proactively identify sales prospects and do business development activities

 

in the region.

 

 Coordination with internal teams & various departments to accomplish the

 

task assigned.

 

 Make daily sales calls to develop business.

 

 Monitor business growth regularly and maintain consistency in sourcing.

 

 Identify and acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with tagged

 

existing clients.

 

 Efforts shall be to achieve assigned annual targets i.e. Gross, Net Sales,

 

Asset growth, client activation / acquisition etc.

 

 Monitoring of Sales Metrics and adhering to processes viz. MIS, CRM

 

Platform - Talisma, Activities, Call Reports etc.

 

 Work within the Compliance and Legal boundaries set by the regulatory

 

bodies and internal framework.
