Gen AI Developer/Lead/Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and innovative Gen AI Developers, Leads, or Architects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and lead the implementation of cutting-edge generative AI solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI and machine learning models tailored to business requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and developers in the implementation of scalable AI architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to define AI solution requirements and deliverables.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning frameworks, and Bedrock development.
• Ensure the robustness, accuracy, and reliability of AI models through rigorous validation and testing.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices for AI development and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on generative AI.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong experience in Bedrock development and generative AI model architectures.
• Solid programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for guiding teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with MLOps and automated model deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline development.
• Prior experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in generative AI, machine learning, or related areas.
• Prior experience in leading AI development teams or projects is highly desirable.

Environment

• Work location options: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Chennai.
• Full-time, on-site position in a collaborative and fast-paced tech environment.
• Start date: Within 15 days of offer acceptance.
