Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Security Operations (SecOps), particularly in Vulnerability Management and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow SecOps modules.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions, especially Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response modules.

Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc.

Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows.

Analyze and improve vulnerability response workflows and data pipelines.

Optimize the CMDB and ensure correct configuration item mapping with vulnerabilities.

Lead efforts for continuous improvement in SecOps practices using ServiceNow.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to gather requirements and deliver effective SecOps solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and team members.

Stay up to date on ServiceNow product releases and best practices in SecOps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

7 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.

Minimum 3+ years in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), especially Vulnerability Management.

Proven experience integrating with vulnerability scanners and security tools (e.g., Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable).

Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP API integrations).

Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM modules is a plus.

Knowledge of security frameworks and vulnerability management lifecycle.

Familiarity with ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SecOps preferred.
