Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Security Operations (SecOps), particularly in Vulnerability Management and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow SecOps modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions, especially Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response modules.

• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external security tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc.

• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows.

• Analyze and improve vulnerability response workflows and data pipelines.

• Optimize the CMDB and ensure correct configuration item mapping with vulnerabilities.

• Lead efforts for continuous improvement in SecOps practices using ServiceNow.

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to gather requirements and deliver effective SecOps solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and team members.

• Stay up to date on ServiceNow product releases and best practices in SecOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.

• Minimum 3+ years in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), especially Vulnerability Management.

• Proven experience integrating with vulnerability scanners and security tools (e.g., Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable).

• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP API integrations).

• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM modules is a plus.

• Knowledge of security frameworks and vulnerability management lifecycle.

• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SecOps preferred.
