Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day CRM updates, hygiene, workflow setup, and process adherence.

  • Manage follow-ups post Founder/CEO calls—logging next steps, nudging stakeholders, and tracking movement.

  • Prioritise accounts, leads, and opportunities based on deal value, stage, and likelihood to close.

  • Build and maintain reports/dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and activity tracking.

  • Set up automations (email cadences, reminders, deal stage triggers) to improve efficiency.

  • Assist with sales documentation: call notes, proposals, contract organization, templates.

  • Support handoffs between SDR → Founder → Ops by ensuring timely information flow.

  • Maintain lead buckets, segmentation, and categorization in CRM.

  • Coordinate internally across teams (Service, Product, Finance) for deal readiness and onboarding.

Spot gaps in data, processes, or tooling and proactively recommend improvements.
