MANAGER / Head
We at Outhouse are looking for a proactive E-commerce Manager who can define and lead the brand's
overall E-Commerce strategy and execution. A Strong data driven E -Commerce leader to lead our Digital
business across our own website and Luxury channel Partners.
Location : Fort, Mumbai
Experience : 7+ years of D2C Fashion, managing e commerce platforms
Your main responsibilities include:
Strategize: Developing Annual E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Strategies to support sales, P&L Strategy
while creating a strong brand image
• Build new strategies with internal partners to drive traffic & customer growth on our E Boutique
• Continuously build upon the strong marketing plan for the e-commerce platform ranging from: site
activities, advertising, traffic building, sales mix, etc.
• Drive Performance Marketing strategy and implementation with internal resources / media agency
Sales & Targets: Working closely with all the channels & doing various activities like marketing campaigns,
targeting the right product at the right time as per the season, ensuring enough inventory for target
achievement.
• Drive online sales growth through maximizing traffic, conversions and ROI via activations and
promotions (Achieve Sales target & related commercial KPI)
• Monitor competitor activity, identifying trading opportunities where a market can maximize sales.
• Closely collaborate with internal teams across Marketing Merchandising, CRM, and Customer
Service along with the sales and product teams to understand Brand products, promotions, and
key selling dates to ensure the appropriate assortment is available online and at the right time to
increase sales.
MIS & Reporting: Track digital activities and KPIs through monthly reporting.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on customer and website performance, including
relevant action plans.
• Weekly reporting on all activities to wider business, liaising with the BI team.
• Analyze site performance and initiate improvements, including merchandising efforts, technical
projects, and creative changes.

packaging, language, etc.
• Stock planning & management – Monitoring and measuring sales trends hence, forecasting and
mobilizing stocks across portals and sellers in close coordination with the team, to always have a
smooth feeder mechanism.
• Position and present products in ways that exceed expectations such as conversion, average order
value, customer service that add to the overall brand positioning.
• Partner with Logistics/Supply Chain management, manage stock situation and ensure
replenishment rhythms. Ensure proper allocation from HQ, for novelties particularly.
Website: Oversee creative direction for web and email content, as well as promotional strategy and
implementation.
• Lead all website development projects and continuously monitor the website’s performance,
highlighting issues and seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Maximize all opportunities to drive online sales via SEO and UX requests.
• Lead all website merchandising and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to maximize online
profitability and conversion.
• Oversee all aspects of online activity including web development, branding, marketing and online
sales and promotions.
• Manage the integration of all aspects of local e-commerce operations, including logistics, customer
service, stock and supply chain, IT, and local outsourced partners.
• Full ownership of the online trading of Outhouse defining and delivering upon the sales objectives
• Develop and oversee the Outhouse user and enhance customer experience to increase
engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure a timely upload of new products, assets, and content to the website, providing weekly
merchandising and accurate preparation for new marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, building and maintaining a good
understanding of the platform functionality and integrations.
• Lead and implement client Omni-channel experience: click to store, click from store, etc.
Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare monthly Cost Centre & product-wise P&L and engage business
teams and Management to take appropriate action. Plan for e-marketing expenditures well in advance and
develop a financial plan that will maximize their resources.
• Full responsibility of the E-commerce P&L & that of Chanel Partners
Business Development: Onboarding new marketplaces, Building partnerships with the affiliated to drive
acquisition and growth , Assisting in negotiating contracts with the vendors.
• Develop & Manage the Outhouse CRM program, developing data driven strategies.
• Develop and oversee the execution of all online marketing programs and initiatives to drive sales
and profits including paid search, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting and online
analytics.

design, and content.

• Web Platform experience -Shopify store management and Magento.
• Business - Analytics, Hands on experience in Digital Marketing.
• 2 to 3 years of both direct and cross-functional people management experience
• Exceptional knowledge of Performance Marketing, in particular SEA, programmatic, email,
affiliates, paid social is a must.
• Expert knowledge of existing ecommerce architecture, systems, integrations & processes
• Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape, and digital customer experience
• Expert IT literacy: Google Analytics, AdWords, MS Office, Social Media tools, SEO, CRO etc.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills
