Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of agricultural technology, water applications, and allied technologies, Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agricultural research and technology b. Allied Technology : Identify and evaluate new technologies to integrate with plasma water solutions, Develop strategic partnerships with agri tech companies and startups c. Business Development Outlook : Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue, Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agricultural sector d. Trials : Design and implement field trials and demonstrations to test plasma water applications, Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations e. Commercial Knowledge : Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial breeding practices and industry trends. Identify opportunities to apply plasma water technology in commercial breeding f. Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret data from field trials and demonstrations. Prepare reports and presentations to stakeholdersData Analysis : g. Business Presentation : Prepare and deliver presentations to key accounts, commercial breeders, and industry events. Develop marketing materials and sales collateral h. Scientific Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific research and advancements in plasma water technology. Collaborate with scientists and R&D teams to develop new solutions and products i. Commercial Breeder : Work with commercial breeders to develop and implement plasma water solutions. Provide technical support and training j. Data Management : Develop and maintain databases to track project progress and performance. Ensure data privacy and security compliance k. Understanding of Crops, challenges faced by farmers in each crop (disease, pests & treatments used), crop cycles and Agro-climatic conditions would be expected to perform the role effectively. l. Strong understanding of the agri industy and its key player, Experience in lead generation 6. CTC As per Industry a. Candidate must be locationally mobile with in a region (South, East, North & West India) at least since there could be addition or changes of cities or assignment of multiple cities depending upon the business requirements. b. Strong communication skills and can lead a team c. Should speak atleast English or hindi to communicate with organisation/management</div>
