QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 12-15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on payments banking or financial services preferred.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
o Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.
o Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
o Knowledge of version control systems (Git or similar).
• Soft Skills:
o Excellent leadership and communication skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
