Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Inward Manager to handle end-to-end inward operations, including material receipt, POC validation, and coordination with the assembly team. The role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate inventory intake in a high-volume e-commerce warehouse setup. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily inward activities and ensure timely receipt and documentation of materials. 2. Validate materials against POC and purchase orders; resolve any discrepancies. 3. Coordinate with the assembly team for smooth handover of items. 4. Maintain accurate inward records and ensure timely system updates (WMS/ERP). 5. Supervise unloading, quality checks, and storage processes. 6. Work closely with vendors, procurement, and warehouse teams. 7. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Requirements: 1. Graduate/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain. 2. 3+ years of inward experience in e-commerce or warehousing. 3. Knowledge of POC handling, warehouse systems, and inventory processes. 4. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
