</table> </div>   ∙ The Creative Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the creation of high quality Gujarati content (films, shows, songs, shorts etc) for OTT, YouTube and other Shemaroo mediums, from concept through completion – following brand guidelines and proper procedures.  ∙ The individual will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets that are error free, brand-compliant, and relevant to the   expectations of the company. Therefore, the Creative Head will need to have an eye for quality and be obsessed with the details.    Job Responsibilities   ∙ The Creative Head will be responsible for the execution of the creative development process:  from brief to developing creative concepts, allocation of work, managing execution, budgets,  and schedules, to quality check of the final creative.  ∙ Help in planning, development, and production of video content, while managing  relationships with external agencies, vendors, freelancers, writers, directors and producers.  ∙ Manage day-to-day interactions with stakeholders on projects, clearly communicate  expectations to the resources working on the project, and manage the timely delivery of the  project.  ∙ Work with the Executive Producers to define and improve processes and contribute to  improving the quality of delivery of final output.   ∙ Understand budgets and support the Executive Producer in allocation, assignment of work  between internal and external resources, and managing budget parameters  ∙ Actively update and maintain creative dashboards  ∙ Develop and maintain a digital asset management system to log and upload all video assets  with metadata   ∙ Maintain awareness of competitor creative strategies and stay informed on visual content  production and delivery trends   ∙ Prioritize workload and communicate progress, deadlines, and outstanding questions  regularly  ∙ Display a positive, kind, and useful attitude with all parties and our internal and external  creative ecosystem.     Measure of Success (KRA’s)  ∙ Acquire good content for the app, YouTube channels and other mediums  ∙ Create originals for the app, YouTube channels and other mediums  ∙ Build working relationships with key talent across the industry.  ∙ Increase subs and views on the app, YouTube channels and other mediums via regular supply of relevant content    Job Specifications  Minimum Education  Minimum/Relevant   Experience 10-12 yrs  Past Industry   Experience Media & Entertainment  ∙ Strong quantitative aptitude  Behavioral  Skills  Technical   ∙ Aptitude for Content Strategy/Programming ∙ Rigorous approach to working.  ∙ Ability to multi-task and deliver under pressure  Skills ∙ Media, broadcasting, or video production background  Language Skills ∙ English / Hindi   Key Interactions –  Internal Stakeholders  Key Interactions –  External Stakeholders ∙ NA
