Job Description: Cluster Manager - Sourcing- SNABBIT<br /> Location: Mumbai and Marol<br /> Experience Required: 5+ years overall, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end blue-collar sourcing.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br />

1. Sourcing & Onboarding<br /> ○ Manage end-to-end blue-collar workforce sourcing, including planning, execution, and onboarding processes.<br /> ○ Leverage both online and offline channels to source candidates effectively.<br /> ○ Focus on diversity hiring by sourcing female workforce wherever required.<br />
2. Channel Management<br /> ○ Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through strategic partnerships with agencies, online platforms, and community outreach.<br /> ○ Optimize sourcing strategies to meet workforce demands efficiently.<br />
3. Team & Stakeholder Management<br /> ○ Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand workforce needs and ensure timely fulfillment.<br /> ○ Build relationships with external stakeholders for smooth sourcing operations.<br />
4. Operational Excellence<br /> ○ Ensure seamless execution of onboarding processes and drive initiatives to enhance workforce retention.<br /> ○ Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing progress to management.<br /> Must-Have Qualifications<br /> ● 3+ years of blue-collar sourcing experience, preferably in high-velocity firms.<br /> ● Strong exposure to online and offline sourcing methods.<br /> ● Fluent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.<br /> ● Entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment (not a 9-to-5 role).<br /> ● Ownership of a bike for field operations.<br /> Target Firms
