Job Description: Cluster Manager - Sourcing- SNABBIT
Location: Mumbai and Marol
Experience Required: 5+ years overall, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end blue-collar sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Onboarding
○ Manage end-to-end blue-collar workforce sourcing, including planning, execution, and onboarding processes.
○ Leverage both online and offline channels to source candidates effectively.
○ Focus on diversity hiring by sourcing female workforce wherever required.
2. Channel Management
○ Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through strategic partnerships with agencies, online platforms, and community outreach.
○ Optimize sourcing strategies to meet workforce demands efficiently.
3. Team & Stakeholder Management
○ Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand workforce needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
○ Build relationships with external stakeholders for smooth sourcing operations.
4. Operational Excellence
○ Ensure seamless execution of onboarding processes and drive initiatives to enhance workforce retention.
○ Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing progress to management.
Must-Have Qualifications
● 3+ years of blue-collar sourcing experience, preferably in high-velocity firms.
● Strong exposure to online and offline sourcing methods.
● Fluent communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
● Entrepreneurial mindset and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment (not a 9-to-5 role).
● Ownership of a bike for field operations.
