About Fund

Elev8 Venture Partners is a Bengaluru-based growth-stage venture capital firm investing in category-defining technology companies in India. The firm closed its maiden fund at ~₹1,400 crore (~$160 million), backed by a diversified base of limited partners including KB invest (South Korean fund), family offices, and global institutional investors.

The fund has already deployed a meaningful portion of its capital into high-growth companies including Astrotalk (online services), IDfy (identity verification), Smallcase (wealthtech), Porter (logistics), and Snapmint (fintech).

Investment philosophy - early growth stage to late stage.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical VC Analyst to support the investment team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing early- and growth-stage investments. The role offers exposure to deal lifecycle, and ecosystem engagement.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Support source & evaluate startups through sector research, thesis building, and ecosystem networking.
• Support the deal execution.
• Analyze investments including business models, unit economics, valuation, and cap tables.
• Build financial models and conduct scenario-based valuation analysis.
• Support due diligence and prepare IC memos and investment materials.
• Assist in fund operations including LP reporting, fundraising support, and pipeline tracking.
