AND Business Consulting is hiring for the role of Associate Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Support project delivery for the firm’s clients, i.e. conduct market research, analyze financial & qualitative data, develop insights, and deliver recommendations backed by research. 2. Develop project deliverables for the firm’s clients including business plans, feasibility studies, investor presentations & financial models to support the client’s decision making and investor outreach process. 3. Analyze industry trends & benchmarks, market intelligence, company financials and case studies to develop insights for use by our clients and by the firm. 4. Collaborate with clients, internal team and external consultants to maximize value addition to client while gathering sectoral knowledge to inform recommendations. 5. Train team members in preparation of presentation, reports and models as per the firm’s standards, and support activities in other departments as needed Requirements: 1. Master’s degree in business administration, commerce or similar 2. 0-2 years of working experience in consulting, market research, or related 3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines 4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 5. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 6.
