The Business Head/Leader is responsible for driving brand growth and performance in the pet supplies sector. Responsibilities

• Oversee brand building through Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing strategies.
• Engage with regular customers and build lasting relationships within the pet community.
• Manage a small team and lead operations and sales, ensuring effective execution of strategies.
• Interact with online marketplaces and optimize visibility and sales.
• Run the brand’s operations end-to-end, from initial concept through to execution.
• Leverage insights from market trends and consumer behavior to shape category strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience in brand management roles, particularly in the pet care industry.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for pets and understanding of the pet food market dynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
• Prior relationships with major brands in the industry, such as Mars or Pedigree.
• Knowledge of cat litter brands and associated market strategies.
• Familiarity with equity participation and incentive structures.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-7 years in relevant roles, with a focus on managing brands in the pet food or consumer sectors.
• Experience in leading mid to senior-level teams in a commercial setting.
