Job Summary

The Analyst-I Business Process role is essential for the effective administration of London Market Insurance Policies. This position focuses on meeting service level agreements and productivity targets while ensuring high-quality customer service and identifying process efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the policy administration of London Market Insurance Policies.
• Perform regular standard tasks with the opportunity to vary work sequencing.
• Meet Service Level Agreement and productivity targets.
• Identify process efficiencies and contribute to improvements.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidates must possess good communication skills.
• Well-versed in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Open to work from the office as needed.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• PC literacy with basic knowledge of MS Office and email skills.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills are preferable.
