Software Development Engineer III - Frontend

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer III - Frontend to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our frontend applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Develop and maintain test cases to ensure high-quality code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in frontend development and recommend technologies and approaches that can improve our applications.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficient in using debugging tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of web security principles and techniques.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to write Unit Test cases using Jest or ViTest.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing and deploying web applications using cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Familiarity with server-side technologies such as Node.js, NestJs.
• Knowledge about E2E frameworks like Playwright, Cypress.
• Contributions to open source projects or active participation in developer communities.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
