Job Summary

As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for owning SLOVIC's influencer marketing end-to-end, working with influencer marketing and creator agencies to effectively bring campaigns to life. This role is designed for someone who is both highly creative and sharply analytical, capable of creating engaging campaign ideas and utilizing data to track performance.

Responsibilities

  • Agency Partnerships & Management: Manage relationships with influencer marketing and creator agencies, setting clear expectations and achieving creator-partnership targets.
  • Campaign Ideation & Hooks: Develop creative campaign concepts, content angles, and engaging hooks, translating them into actionable briefs for execution.
  • End-to-End Campaign Execution: Coordinate campaigns from concept to delivery, overseeing product seeding, content approvals, go-live scheduling, and timely delivery.
  • Content & Performance Analytics: Analyze performance data, track engagement metrics, and build reports to inform future campaigns based on what works best.
  • Creator Negotiation (as needed): Occasionally engage in creator conversations, although most interactions will be managed by agency partners.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring spending adheres to targets and measuring the success of collaborations.
  • Trend & Competitor Analysis: Monitor platform changes, creator trends, and competitor activities to ensure a dynamic influencer strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside the SLOVIC brand, performance marketing, and supply chain teams to align influencer activities with broader business growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, working with or managing external agencies or creator partners, with an understanding of how these partnerships drive brand growth.
  • Creative & Analytical Balance: Strong creativity in ideating campaigns along with proficiency in interpreting performance data and making evidence-backed decisions.
  • Communication & Coordination: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing multiple agencies and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (Strong relevant experience may offset formal qualifications).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and a solid understanding of social media platforms; familiarity with influencer discovery or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Mindset: A self-starter who is organized, accountable, and thrives in a high-ownership environment.

  • Familiarity with influencer discovery or analytics tools.
  • Experience working in e-commerce or digital marketing contexts.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year in influencer marketing, preferably with experience in managing agencies or creator partnerships.

Salary

Compensation ranges from ₹4.2 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA, commensurate with experience and fit.
