Chief of Staff

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders of a fast-growing Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company. This role is pivotal in driving strategic projects, facilitating cross-functional execution, and supporting high-level decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a founder's office and possess strong problem-solving skills to contribute effectively to the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the founders to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects ensuring alignment and timely execution across departments.
• Analyze complex problems and develop actionable solutions to drive business growth.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between various teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a founder’s office or in a similar Chief of Staff role.
• Strong decision-making capabilities with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
• Proven experience in cross-functional team leadership and execution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Vadodara and work on-site (no hybrid work option).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the FMCG industry or a fast-growing startup environment.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Environment

• On-site role based in Vadodara.
• Fast-paced, dynamic work environment within a rapidly expanding FMCG company.
• Requires full-time presence with no hybrid or remote work options.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate to Vadodara.

Salary

• Compensation range of INR 30-35 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
