Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PMO (Project Management Office) professional with a solid background in the Telecom sector. This role is critical for ensuring governance, reporting, and delivery support across multiple projects and programs, driving consistency, efficiency, and alignment with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage project governance frameworks for telecom programs and initiatives.
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain program dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment with organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor budgets, resource utilization, and financial tracking across telecom projects.
• Identify risks and dependencies and support mitigation planning.
• Drive continuous improvement within the PMO function, enhancing delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a PMO role, ideally within Telecom/Telecommunication projects.
• Strong understanding of telecom operations, networks, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Expertise in using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with emerging technologies in the telecom industry.
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership.
• Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a PMO role within the Telecom sector is preferred.
