Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations at the site ensuring smooth execution.

Handle end-to-end fleet deployment and management.

Supervise drivers and fleet operations ensuring compliance with schedules.

Maintain coordination with transport teams and ensure timely availability of vehicles.

Ensure all site activities are conducted as per safety and operational protocols.

Report to higher management with updates on site operations and performance.

Requirements:

Experience: 5 to 8 years in transport/fleet management or site operations.

Industry Exposure: Must have worked in transport/logistics companies.

Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of fleet operations and deployment.
