Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Care Executive who can deliver outstanding support to our customers across multiple channels. You’ll be the voice of The Pant Project - guiding customers through sizing, styling, orders, exchanges, and post-purchase queries. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking are essential to thrive in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide personalized sizing, styling, and order support based on customer needs
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Analyze customer feedback, identify patterns and pain points, and escalate insights to relevant teams
  • Maintain accurate logs and records using Excel or CRM systems
  • Continuously optimize FAQs, scripts, and internal workflows
  • Support backend order management and exchanges as needed

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or D2C
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel – comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, filtering large datasets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multilingual proficiency – fluency in English and Hindi is a must; knowledge of regional languages (Marathi, Tamil, Kannada, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage
