Designation: Chief of Staff/ Founder’s office
Experience: 5+ years in a relevant role
Location: Mumbai

productivity. To continue this trajectory, we’re on the lookout for a Chief of Staff to work closely
with our executive team. From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on productivity
by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating
objectives to departments. Ideal candidate will have experience in a business management role, with
a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.
About the role:
The objective for this role will be to work closely with the CEO and drive large scale impact across
the organization. You will be nothing less than a force multiplier and fill-in for the executive as and
when required. You will drive large priorities across the organization to influence outcomes and
maintain momentum. This role will give the candidate a wholistic overview of the Family Office/
AMC business operations. It will provide learning opportunities through apprenticeship,
shadowing and informal mentoring. This opportunity is intended for someone looking to run the
overall functions of a capital markets investment setup, over a meaningful stretch of time.
Key objectives & responsibility areas of the role include:
- Program Management - drive strategic projects from the nodal office, oversee various CEO
initiatives, manage CEO’s to-dos on these initiatives
- Research & data handling - Conduct research on market trends, new investment areas,
market mapping and competitive analysis for portfolio companies and prospective
investments. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the results of such research
to internal and portfolio teams.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution,
under the guidance of senior leadership
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and
skills gaps and help address them
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and
productivity
- Ability to empower the CEO to walk into any conversation fully prepared, with information
needed for them to be as productive as possible

- Manage talent density across teams, making it easier for everyone in the organization to

work together, manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and
external executives on various projects and tasks, having the ability to get along with
different people
- Assess relevant inbound communications, liaise with teams, participate in meetings, track
multiple business activities and coordinate execution
- Lead the PMO/war rooms in case of exigencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar analytical
field – engineering, science or business. MBA optional
- 5+ years of relevant experience - preferably in project management, founders’ office or
business management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & similar other productivity tools
Skills:
- Good business judgment, nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management & productivity
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Hustler, having first principles thinking – ability to work independently with minimal
supervision and direction
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple
stakeholders, experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, building mutual trust along the way
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
