<div>Designation: Chief of Staff/ Founder’s office<br />
Experience: 5+ years in a relevant role<br />

productivity. To continue this trajectory, we’re on the lookout for a Chief of Staff to work closely<br />
with our executive team. From Day 1, this person will have an immediate impact on productivity<br />
by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating<br />
objectives to departments. Ideal candidate will have experience in a business management role, with<br />
a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.<br />
About the role:<br />
The objective for this role will be to work closely with the CEO and drive large scale impact across<br />
the organization. You will be nothing less than a force multiplier and fill-in for the executive as and<br />
when required. You will drive large priorities across the organization to influence outcomes and<br />
maintain momentum. This role will give the candidate a wholistic overview of the Family Office/<br />
AMC business operations. It will provide learning opportunities through apprenticeship,<br />
shadowing and informal mentoring. This opportunity is intended for someone looking to run the<br />
overall functions of a capital markets investment setup, over a meaningful stretch of time.<br />
Key objectives & responsibility areas of the role include:<br />
- Program Management - drive strategic projects from the nodal office, oversee various CEO<br />
initiatives, manage CEO’s to-dos on these initiatives<br />
- Research & data handling - Conduct research on market trends, new investment areas,<br />
market mapping and competitive analysis for portfolio companies and prospective<br />
investments. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the results of such research<br />
to internal and portfolio teams.<br />
- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution,<br />
under the guidance of senior leadership<br />
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and<br />
skills gaps and help address them<br />
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and<br />
productivity<br />
- Ability to empower the CEO to walk into any conversation fully prepared, with information<br />
needed for them to be as productive as possible<br />

the business/ industry network in Indian investments ecosystem.<br />

<div>work together, manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and<br />
external executives on various projects and tasks, having the ability to get along with<br />
different people<br />
- Assess relevant inbound communications, liaise with teams, participate in meetings, track<br />
multiple business activities and coordinate execution<br />
- Lead the PMO/war rooms in case of exigencies<br />
Qualifications:<br />
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar analytical<br />
field – engineering, science or business. MBA optional<br />
- 5+ years of relevant experience - preferably in project management, founders’ office or<br />
business management<br />
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills<br />
- Proficiency in MS Office & similar other productivity tools<br />
Skills:<br />
- Good business judgment, nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions<br />
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management & productivity<br />
- Experience in data analysis and budget management<br />
- Hustler, having first principles thinking – ability to work independently with minimal<br />
supervision and direction<br />
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple<br />
stakeholders, experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments<br />
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects<br />
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, building mutual trust along the way<br />
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications<br />
