Position-Business Development Manager 
 

Roles & Responsibilities :
 

1. Monitoring & supervising the POCs (Proof of concept) of the tech in various partners' locations.
2.  During the POC develop the market through FPOs, VLEs & such market aggregators to sell the tech commercially.
3. Develop & manage relationship during the POC with potential partners, aggregators & end users for commercial business.
4. Ensure operations, maintenance & service in the assigned territory
5. Continuously work towards expanding the market, new use cases, & new segments for revenue build up.
6. Key stakeholders management internally & externally for the assigned territory.
7. Business development through Training, Demo & active engagement with the end users and channel partners
8. Development & management of Channel partners
9. Understanding of Crops, challenges faced by farmers in each crop (disease, pests & treatments used), crop cycles and Agro-climatic conditions would be expected to perform the role effectively.
10. Network in seeds industry would be preferred

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Science/Agriculture Science / Agriculture Management would be preferred.

Candidate must be locationally mobile with in a region (South, East, North & West India) at least since there could be addition or changes of cities or assignment of multiple cities depending upon the business requirements.
