Position: Head – Legal
Experience: 20+ years

Location : Bangalore 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the legal function for land acquisition, project approvals, contracts, litigation, and compliance.

• Manage due diligence, title verification, and statutory approvals for all land and property transactions.

• Draft, review, and negotiate MoUs, JVs, lease agreements, construction, and vendor contracts.

• Oversee regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.

• Interface with government bodies, authorities, and legal consultants.

• Advise management on legal risks, strategy, and implications.

Preferred Profile:

• LLB/LLM with 20-30 years in real estate or corporate legal advisory.

• Expertise in property law, RERA, company law, and regulatory affairs.
