Frontend Developer

Job Summary

The Frontend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing features for web applications. This role requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality, responsive, and interactive interfaces that enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems, directly contributing to the organization’s digital growth and innovation goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user interface components using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain brand consistency throughout the product.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and usability issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in frontend development.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹5,000,000 – ₹6,000,000 per annum.
