Job Summary

As a Senior Associate at Meesho, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team responsible for various business functions. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of our business operations and equip you with the skills needed to drive growth and efficiency across several verticals, including Category Management, User Growth, Fulfillment & Experience, Business Development, and Monetization.

Responsibilities

• Category Management: Own the P&L for specific categories, plan assortment, prices, offers, and promotions, and understand consumer behavior to devise growth strategies.
• User Growth: Drive new user acquisition and execute performance marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user growth.
• Fulfillment & Experience: Identify key problems, design programs to improve metrics, and manage stakeholders for successful program execution.
• Business Development: Support category teams in building growth strategies and aligning long-term plans while identifying potential brand partnerships.
• Monetization: Design and deliver programs to improve monetization metrics and streamline processes for effective project management.

Qualifications

• Final year B.Tech students from any stream.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for problem-solving.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams.
• No standing arrears.

Preferred Skills

• A curious, analytical mind with a passion for startups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to hustle and influence outcomes in a cross-functional environment.

Experience

This role is designed for final year students; therefore, prior experience is not required, but a demonstrated passion for entrepreneurial ventures is beneficial.

Salary

• Total CTC: INR 36,25,000 per annum
• Fixed Compensation: INR 17,25,000 per annum
