We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive<br /> to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our marketplace activities<br /> across all platforms, including strategizing, planning, and executing sales initiatives to maximize<br /> growth.<br /> Responsibilities:<br /> • Develop and implement a strategic plan for marketplace selling, including listing optimization,<br /> product promotions, customer service, and vendor management<br /> • Monitor and manage product listings on multiple marketplaces to ensure product information is<br /> accurate and up-to-date. Build processes and system to manage these at scale.<br /> • Analyze marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions<br /> and improve sales performance.<br /> • Continuously monitor reviews and address any customer service issues that arise on the<br /> marketplace platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.<br /> • Monitor marketplace policies and regulations to ensure compliance.<br /> • Implement effective SEO and platform ad strategies to increase product visibility and rankings<br /> on marketplace platforms.<br /> • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful product content and promotional<br /> campaigns.<br /> • Knowledge about Product Listing, Cataloguing, variation creation, listing health monitoring,<br /> continuous search ranking improvement, problem resolution, Listing enhancement, Product<br /> Pricing, Sales Events.<br /> Experience:<br /> • 1+ years of experience managing online marketplaces for a D2C brand.<br /> • Experience with Health & Wellness is a big Bonus<br /> • Proficient in marketplace selling platforms such as Nykaa, Blinkit, Big Basket etc,<br /> • Strong understanding of SEO and data analysis.<br /> • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.<br /> • Willingness to learn and grow with us.<br /> • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.<br /> Industry<br /> Health, Wellness & Fitness<br /> Employment Type<br /> Full-time
