<div>Key Responsibilities &bull; Identify, initiate, and manage relationships with relevant departments in the Telangana state government</div> <div>&bull; Secure financial MoUs with the state and ensure timely fund disbursement.</div> <div>&bull; Represent Kheyti in meetings, conferences and review forums in Telangana &bull; Build rapport with a range of stakeholders&mdash;from field staff to sections officers to senior bureaucrats.</div> <div>&bull; Draft proposals, concept notes, and presentations for govt. and CSR.</div> <div>&bull; Lead internal and external coordination to ensure successful project execution across functions, in line with agreed timelines (typically 120 days).</div> <div>&bull; Mobilize local government teams at district and block levels and align Kheyti&rsquo;s district leads, team leads, and state heads to operational and implementation plans.</div> <div>&bull; Troubleshoot and creatively solve challenges around bureaucracy and bottlenecks &bull; Report progress to officials &amp; leadership.</div>
