  3. ROI and Exchange Rate Optimization:

    • Analyze and monitor exchange rate movements to maximize ROI for the company and its clients.

    • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate foreign exchange risk.

    • Collaborate with the finance team to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance.

  4. Client Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their banking and financial needs.

    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.

    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and products to clients.

  5. Market Analysis and Reporting:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.

    • Prepare and present regular reports on lender performance, client account status, transaction volumes, and ROI metrics.

    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
